White Wine Whirlwind Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 can (250ml) of DEFY DELICIOUS ITALIAN WHITE WINE
- 50ml elderflower liqueur
- 100ml soda water
- A twist of lemon
- Ice cubes
Instructions:

Chill Your Wine: First things first, make sure your can of white wine is chilled to perfection.

Add the Liqueur: In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the elderflower liqueur.

Add the Wine: Slowly pour the entire can of white wine over the ice and liqueur.

Add some bubbles: Top it off with soda water.

Citrus Twist: Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Stir Gently: With a long spoon (or whatever you've got that's close enough), give it a gentle stir.

Sip and Savor: Take a moment to appreciate.
