Rosé Rebel Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 can (250ml) of DEFY ORGANIC ITALIAN ROSÉ WINE
- 100ml grapefruit soda
- A squeeze of lime
- Ice cubes
- A slice of grapefruit or lime for garnish
Instructions:

Chill the wine: First off, make sure your wine is chilled.

Build the Base: In a glass filled with ice, pour the grapefruit soda.

Add the wine: Gently add the rosé wine over the soda.

Squeeze of Lime: Add that squeeze of lime.

Stir Lightly: With a bar spoon (or any spoon, really), give it a gentle stir.

Garnish: Add a slice of grapefruit or lime on the rim of the glass.
