Bold Berry Red Wine Slushie

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (250ml) of DEFY ORGANIC SPANISH RED WINE, frozen into cubes
  • A cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • A splash of simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Freeze the Wine: Pour your can of red wine into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen red wine cubes, mixed berries, and a splash of simple syrup, or just leave as cubes.

  3. Taste and Tweak: Give it a taste. Not sweet enough? Add a bit more simple syrup.

  4. Garnish: Pour the slushie into glasses and garnish with fresh berries.

  5. Serve: Hand out your Bold Berry Red Wine Slushies – and enjoy.
