White Wine Ginger Zing

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (250ml) of DEFY DELICIOUS ITALIAN WHITE WINE
  • 100ml ginger beer
  • 50ml apple juice (to smooth it out with a sweet touch)
  • A squeeze of lime (for a bit of tang)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill the wine: First off, make sure your can of DEFY is chilled.

  2. Ice: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  3. Mix It Up: Pour the ginger beer and apple juice over the ice. This combo is the base of your flavor explosion.

  4. Add White Wine: Gently add the white wine. Watch as it cascades into the glass, mixing perfectly with the ginger beer and apple juice.

  5. Citrus Splash: Squeeze in that fresh lime.
