Ingredients:

• 1 can (250ml) of DEFY ORGANIC ITALIAN ROSÉ WINE
• 100ml grapefruit soda
• A squeeze of lime
• Ice cubes
• A slice of grapefruit or lime for garnish

Instructions:

1. Chill the wine: First off, make sure your wine is chilled.

2. Build the Base: In a glass filled with ice, pour the grapefruit soda.

3. Add the wine: Gently add the rosé wine over the soda.

4. Squeeze of Lime: Add that squeeze of lime.

5. Stir Lightly: With a bar spoon (or any spoon, really), give it a gentle stir.

6. Garnish: Add a slice of grapefruit or lime on the rim of the glass.

7. Serve & Savour
